If you need to exchange or return a product, we are ready to assist you in a simple and transparent way, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"361\" data-end=\"385\">1. Exchange Due to Defect<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"387\" data-end=\"531\">If the product shows a <strong data-start=\"411\" data-end=\"436\">manufacturing defect<\/strong>, the customer may request an exchange within <strong data-start=\"492\" data-end=\"530\">7 calendar days from receipt<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"533\" data-end=\"558\"><strong data-start=\"533\" data-end=\"558\">Conditions for exchange:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"559\" data-end=\"800\">\n<li data-start=\"559\" data-end=\"598\">\n<p data-start=\"561\" data-end=\"598\">The product must not show signs of use;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"599\" data-end=\"653\">\n<p data-start=\"601\" data-end=\"653\">It must have the original tag (if applicable);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"654\" data-end=\"713\">\n<p data-start=\"656\" data-end=\"713\">It must be in the original packaging (or similar, protected);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"714\" data-end=\"800\">\n<p data-start=\"716\" data-end=\"800\">The request must be made via email or WhatsApp with a photo and description of the defect.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"807\" data-end=\"846\">2. Exchange for Size, Color, or Model<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"848\" data-end=\"993\">Exchanges due to <strong data-start=\"870\" data-end=\"918\">personal preference (size, color, or model)<\/strong> may be made <strong data-start=\"936\" data-end=\"962\">within 7 calendar days<\/strong> after receipt, provided that:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"995\" data-end=\"1126\">\n<li data-start=\"995\" data-end=\"1046\">\n<p data-start=\"997\" data-end=\"1046\">The product is in perfect condition and unused;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1047\" data-end=\"1075\">\n<p data-start=\"1049\" data-end=\"1075\">The tag is intact;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1076\" data-end=\"1126\">\n<p data-start=\"1078\" data-end=\"1126\">The customer covers the shipping costs for the exchange.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"1133\" data-end=\"1161\">3. Returns and Refunds<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1163\" data-end=\"1314\">The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and request a <strong data-start=\"1228\" data-end=\"1275\">product return within 7 calendar days<\/strong>, starting from the delivery date.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1316\" data-end=\"1344\"><strong data-start=\"1316\" data-end=\"1344\">To do so, it is necessary to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1345\" data-end=\"1573\">\n<li data-start=\"1345\" data-end=\"1397\">\n<p data-start=\"1347\" data-end=\"1397\">Send the product in perfect condition and unused;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1398\" data-end=\"1466\">\n<p data-start=\"1400\" data-end=\"1466\">Make the request via email or WhatsApp, informing the reason for the return;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1467\" data-end=\"1573\">\n<p data-start=\"1469\" data-end=\"1573\">Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed according to the payment method:<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1575\" data-end=\"1703\"><strong data-start=\"1575\" data-end=\"1597\">Credit card:<\/strong> refund within up to two billing cycles<br data-start=\"1625\" data-end=\"1628\" \/><strong data-start=\"1628\" data-end=\"1646\">PIX or bank slip:<\/strong> refund via bank transfer within up to 5 business days<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1710\" data-end=\"1747\">4. Sale or Outlet Items<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1749\" data-end=\"1894\">Items purchased in the <strong data-start=\"1774\" data-end=\"1812\">Outlet section or with promotional discounts<\/strong> are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defects.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1901\" data-end=\"1922\">5.
